1. About Leads Monkey

Leads Monkey is a UK-based lead generation and bespoke affiliate network owned and operated by Web Jungle Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (Company No: 16098364). By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide lead generation services and operate a bespoke affiliate network connecting advertisers with affiliates/partners to promote products and services within the UK market.

3. Payment Terms

Important: All payments to affiliates/partners are processed on NET 30 terms.

This means payments will be made 30 days after the end of the month in which the commission was earned, subject to advertiser approval and validation.

4. Lead Validation and Commission

Advertiser decisions on lead invalidation, sales rejection, and commission adjustments are final and binding.

We reserve the right to withhold or adjust payments based on advertiser feedback regarding lead quality, compliance, or conversion performance.

5. Affiliate/Partner Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain professional standards in all promotional activities
  • Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Use only approved marketing materials and tracking links
  • Maintain transparency in all promotional activities
  • Report any suspicious activity or potential fraud immediately

6. Anti-Fraud and Compliance Policy

Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Activity

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of affiliate fraud, click fraud, or deceptive practices. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

  • Click Fraud: Artificially inflating click counts through automated scripts, bots, or manual clicking
  • Lead Fraud: Submitting fake, duplicate, or invalid lead information
  • Cookie Stuffing: Unauthorized placement of tracking cookies on user devices
  • Ad Spam: Unsolicited promotional messages or aggressive pop-up advertising
  • Brand Bidding: Bidding on trademarked terms without explicit permission
  • Misleading Claims: False advertising or deceptive promotional content
  • Traffic Manipulation: Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to mask traffic sources
  • Self-Referrals: Referring yourself or immediate family members
  • Incentivized Traffic: Offering rewards or incentives for clicks or conversions (unless explicitly permitted in writing)
  • Adware/Malware: Distributing software that forces clicks or installations

6.2 Fraud Detection and Monitoring

We employ advanced fraud detection systems and manual review processes:

  • Real-time monitoring of click patterns and conversion rates
  • IP address analysis and geographic validation
  • Device fingerprinting and behavioral analysis
  • Cross-reference validation with advertiser data
  • Regular audits of affiliate activities and traffic sources
  • Investigation of suspicious patterns or anomalies

6.3 Consequences of Fraud

Immediate Actions Taken:

  • • Immediate suspension of affiliate account
  • • Forfeiture of all pending and earned commissions
  • • Permanent blacklisting from our network
  • • Legal action and reporting to relevant authorities
  • • Notification to other affiliate networks and industry bodies

6.4 Reporting Fraud

We encourage affiliates to report any suspicious activity they encounter. Reports can be made confidentially to our compliance team.

Include: Affiliate ID, campaign details, description of suspicious activity, and any supporting evidence.

7. Advertiser Responsibilities

  • Provide clear campaign requirements and guidelines
  • Process leads in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback on lead quality when requested
  • Honor agreed commission rates for valid leads

8. Termination

Either party may terminate their participation in our network with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding commissions for valid leads will be paid according to the NET 30 payment terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the commission amounts owed for validated leads. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Changes to Terms
